You can scroll through the tiles on the right with "Shift & Page Down" or "Shift & the down arrow".

What version of ZC are you using? If you are using an older version of ZC you need to switch combo pages, this site has some info on doing that. http://www.casadealphadawg.com/zc/zqtutorial/newadditions/bs-zelda/index.html
