New Help File

I'm working on the help file for the new release and I have a few questions:

Graphics --> Sprites --> Link: Is this supposed to do anything besides show the tiles to make sure you've got them in the right order? If so, what?

Are the NPC's implemented yet? If so, what enemy tiles do they use? Do you set this from Sprites --> Weapons --> NPCs? Order?

The attachment is what I've got so far. Any suggestions welcome.

NPCs are implemented, and they are set with Weapons/Misc.->MISC:NPCs I think. Don't know what tiles they use though.
