Trouble Playing ZC

I just download ZC, and Extracted the files, but when I double-click the ZC File to play, it says there's an error, and won't load. Do I have to do something previous to playing the game?

I have the same problem as the previous thread, but when I try to run it, it says the alleg41.dll file can't be found, but I see it there.
