Web Hosting Services

I'm currently looking to switch web hosting services. The one I have is only up about 80% of the year and I'm paying $20 for it. I don't want to spend more than $20, and it has to have DNS, at least a gig of space, and about 25 gigs of bandwidth.

Anyone have any suggestions for good ones?
