Stuck in "Fragments of Power"

Hi I'm new to the forum, but have been a player of ZC since 2000.

Anyway I'm stuck in the "Fragments of Power" custom quest.

I finished the fourth dungeon, but cannot find the fifth. I found where I think the fifth is (on the islands reachable only with the ladder and rafat south of level four. But the Triforce tile is blocked by the wooden pylons that need to be punded with the hammer.

So my question is this:

1) Is this the entrance to level five?
2)If so where is the hammer?
3)If not where is Level Five?
4)The "lost woods" with the pool of water...I could not find the solution after an hour of combinations...so what is it....

1) That is the entrance to level 7.
2) Hammer is in level 6.
3) Its beyond that pool you cannot find the combination for.
4) Try going in the TWO directions twice in a row. (ex. up, up, right, right(not solution, but example))
