Anyone know of any proposed plans for the GC broadband adapter other than the current use in Mario Kart: Double Dash. If so, i may buy one, having broadband now.

Nope, not a thing.

There is a project online though where people have written software that lets you play people on the internet with a few LAN-enabled Gamecube games: http://www.warppipe.com/

And then the other use of the BroadBand Adaptor is to exploit Phantasy Star Online to load homebrew software. That's what I got mine for. :O Oh ya and for playing ISOs. Afterall, why not.

I don't know how active the Phantasy Star Online community is on the Gamecube, but the Xbox version made me lose a good three months woth of school productivity, and I still have the urge to return to it every once in a while and get hooked all over again.

And by PSO, I mean PSO Episodes I and II, not the card game that's III.
