An animated gif is basically a series of still frames combined into one picture. If you do a search online, you might be able to dig up a program, like UnFreez, that will let you make one yourself.

I couldn't decide on which dictator/sit-com character to pretend to be.

It's got a pretty good learning algorithm, so if you lie consistently you can gum up the works :)

Someone linked to a similar one a while back that guessed what you were thinking of, like sand, or balloons. That was also very cool and not as difficult to decide on what to be.

Just some interesting trivia. See your avatar Skulkraken? I drew all the frames of that dragon pixel by pixel and animated them myself using the GIF Animation Studio (or whatever it's called) that comes with Paint Shop Pro.
