Editing .sfx files?

Hello, I'm new, first post. I was wondering how to change the sounds in the .sfx file to meet what I want for my quests. I know it's something called "Grabber" apprently but I've searched Google and can't seem to find it. Any halp would be great. Thanks :)

it should come with the Beta 182 download, called grabber-w.exe, or grabber-d.exe if you downloaded the DOS version. if you don't have it, I can upload it for you

Um.... How does garbber work? Is there a turorial for it. I can't seem to replace any of the sounds it keeps coming up with errors. :(
