Hookshot problems

I was currently making a hookshot and testing it to see if it was good. The problem is that the head verticly works good, but horizantaly looks verticly. Both heads are animated and somebody please tell me how to fix it.

I believe when you animate the head, it only shows up as the animation. I don't believe it animates itself horizontally. So, either,
1. Make a hookshot head that animates, and will work for both ways.
2. Make 2 seperate tiles, one for Hookshoting Vertical, one for Hookshoting Horizontal, Then, select the first as the head. But, don't have an animation. It should work then. ;)
