Shadow of Evil LV 6?

Can anyone help with LV 6?? Used the warp by the eye, and come to a room with lava. If I use the lens, I can see a path across, but it won't let me walk on it. Tried all my tools, and can't trigger the path. Also, anyone know what to do with the squarish brown blocks? Do I need the lv2 bracelet??

Edit.....okay.. figured this out....now I've made it to the final level, and can't get in, because I have no key. Have been wandering around for over an hour using my lens to locate some secret place I can get a key....no luck. Any ideas??

Hello,
I am stuck here as well. I can see the path, but can't walk on it. The lava hurts me, and attempting to walk on the path does nothing. I've tried everything in my arsenal to no avail. Found level 7 and 8 alright, but need to get to level 6 first :-)

What's the trick to this one?
