Does Nayru's Love & Farore's Wind work

I noticed these two items in the item list so I tried to see if they work. I can't seem to get them to do anything. Are they operational or have they not been fully implemented yet?

Nope, they're null. I hope we get some uses for them soon though.

Null, like many other things that got added but never actually enabled. Lots of flags or item combos are unused, as far as I know. Things like the item pond don't work yet either.
