182 Test Quest

Haven't been here in a while and couldn't use ZC due to the crappiness of my PC but anyway good job on the latest version. Anyway my question: I was playing through the test quest and I went straight through til I got to level 4. Is it possible to get through? I need the boss key but can't find it yet and in order to get the step-ladder I have to unlock a boss door. Could someone tell me where to go? Thanks. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

It's a glitch. That big door in the middle of the room with the map has the boss key, but since one side of it is the wrong combo type, you can't get in. You'll have to edit the quest (luckily it's unpassworded) and make sure both sides of the door are "stairs".

Hmmm... so that's why I spent over an hour in that level with no success... and wondering what that stair thing was for... :laughing: meh... what a waste of time. I actually nearly just put the boss key into a random room just so I could complete the level... thnx for the info!
