hello i am new to this game, i have played many like this game, and when i try to make my char, it says server down or unreachable.. help me out? :D

Hmm, I think you're talking about Shattered Earth. It's nothing wrong with your computer, but just that the server is down for the game. It should come back in time. Really all depends on what's going on with it. Could be updates :shrug: . And welcome to AGN. ;)
