Most PSX emulators have two loading options, one to load from an ISO and another to load from the CD-ROM. If you just want a good emulator reference, use ePSXe.

This is the site I used to go to for all my emulator needs: http://www.emulator-zone.com/

They have comprehensive lists for each system and details about each emulator (also ratings)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if its not there... It probably doesn't exist.

You must be horribly informed. Almost ALL PSX emulators run CDs, which ofcourse means real PSX cds work. The only ones that will not support CDs are really early in development. One of the best PSX emulators is epsxe (http://www.epsxe.com). Get that. It may be a bit of trouble to get setup but once you are it's quite nice.

Well ofcourse you do.. PSX doesn't require THAT great of a PC to emulate. Unless maybe if you use a software graphics plugin like I do.
