Secrets problem

Okay, here's my problem. I have 2 secret combos, 1 works, the other doesn't.

So, I have a screen. To begin, it has a block, and a block trigger, the block pushes onto the trigger fine. It's just after that where the problem has started.The second trigger works fine, yet the block doesn't appear. The flags are fine, and I did the ctrl + click on the secret combo and set the flag. Here's the set up of the secretc combo.
B= Block
T= Trigger
F= Floor which will later turn into a block/ trigger
U= I have something to block progress, this is it up
D= This is the 'stopper' down

(F) (T) (U) (U)
(D)

Flags :

(Push 4 Way) (B Trigger) (SC 19) (Push 4 Way)
(SC 21) (B Trigger) (SC 23) (SC 24)

Like I said the first B Trigger comes in, but the Block (which is before the Trigger in flag order), doesn't come in.
I've tried this on both 184 and 183, both do the same thing. Any ideas?

I'm not 100% sure I'm following you, but it seems to me that the block trigger is the problem, if there are more then one on a screen they ALL have to be covered to trigger, however, it's possible to use a triggering block instead of one that needs a trigger in some cases

That's what I figured. I was just wondering if there was anyway around it. :shrug:
And sorry about not being clear last night, I was really pissed off at ZC. <.<
