AGN Convention 2004!
Six Flags: Darien Lake, New York - July 16th to July 18th, 2004

Now that we have a definate attendence list, I have figured out the exact prices that we'll have to spend on camping. We have eleven people going, but since JJMaxx and Foxy are 'commuting' to the park, we are paying for nine campers. This requires two campsites, which split between the nine camping people comes to $17.78 for camping. This is factored into your balance if you're camping.

For now, I've put down everyone as owing me $54.11 for a season pass. If you're buying your own season pass online or wherever and don't want me to do it for you, then post and let me know and I'll take it off your balance sheet for what you owe me. Once again, let me know if you do not need me to buy a ticket, and I'll subtract that off of your balance sheet.

I'll need cash or check in the mail and toward my house this weekend, preferably in my box by Monday, June 7th. The sooner we can get this all in, the sooner I can make reservations for a good spot. The absolute latest I have to take these in by is probably Friday the 11th, so please it in as soon as possible.

I'm forwarding a copy of this post and my home address to everyone on the list via private message. It's my address and there are a lot of nut jobs on here that I'd rather not have it... I'd really respect it if you didn't do something like put it in your signature ;)

I feel like a dirty PBS guy by asking this... but any donations would be lovely, and would probably help if they throw an unexpected fee or tax on something I didn't calculate.

UPDATE: I've added mattwdr and Destrogal to the list. This decreases the cost of going by a few cents each but since people might have written checks or whatever already - and seeing as how more changes might occur - I'll simply calculate total change at the end and reimburse each of you if there's excess or pay for the rest myself if there's a shortage.

If you're not on the list and really want to go, then notify my as soon as possible. The change in price for the camping figure should be slight if anyone decides to do this (and could actually result in you getting money back when we get there). Also, if you're on this list and want off, please tell me as soon as possible so I can take your name off, and this will again result in a change in price. If this happens, don't worry about it - just pay the price I've listed here. I can cover any raise in price myself or refund you whatever money I slightly overcharged in that situation (we're talking one or two dollars per person).

got your pm (of course ;))

i am buying my passes from Wyandot Lake here in Columbus, so take the $54.11 off my total. all i need you to do is pay for the camping, which i will send out a check later this week.

ok, i think everyone else here in ohio (moo, glitch, and hickman) will be buying the season passes from there as well.

EDIT June 11, 2004 @ 9:50 EDT
please read my post in the other thread, i am not going, sorry :(

Toolie, please keep me on the list until further notice. I'll be buying my own ticket. I remembered that I do have money being sent to my bank account,a nd I should be able to pay that way.
