HEEEEEEEELP plz!!!

Hi, i've got a big problem! When i tried to start ZC, it didn't start! I tired it with the versions for windows, the versions for DOS worked, but i want to play the new versions. Can somebody help me please? (perhabs somebody understands me!)

first of, what version of windows are you using, and have you downloaded the support archive? also, be sure you're a computer admin, it won't work otherwise
