I can't believe no one has posted this, one of the best stories I've read in a while about how a scammer got scammed himself.

Fucking amazing. That's priceless right there. I think AG can beat SA though if we put our hearts into it... we just need a victim.

I had seen pictures of the binder Powerbook that the guy Jeff put together to send the scammer, but I never read the whole story. Thanks for the link War Lord, that was hilarious. :D

It just goes to show you the power of a global community. If you throw a problem at 50,000 people around the world, you can be sure you'll get some great stuff. It's all about the numbers.

Not too mention how pissed a lot of people are about scammers and spammers ruining the internet.

I don't know if I wouldn't gone through all the trouble he did to get back at that scammer. I probably would've just sent an email saying, "F#$K OFF!" like Jeff said he was going to do at first, haha

For some reason there are very few things that warm my heart more than stories like this. Something about the deceiver becoming the deceived really makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

This was amazing to watch unfold. It's almost like being in the middle of helms deep, you know that something epic is going on just watching it.

And actually, some people suspect that the P-P-Powerbook's hosting site got shut down for 4 hours because of a DDoS attack from the scammer. Or it could have been because it got slashdotted.
