in 182test.qst there are some screens where it's raining. i know how to do the layers but how do i make the screen that has the rain so i can layer it?

i'm using sprites from 182test.qst to make my quest but the water's a sand color. on the quest though it's blue! how do i make it blue? and don't tell me to edit the tiles because that's not it
Try using the + and - keys next to the number pad to change CSets
