Japanese Language Packs (where do i get it)

I've looked everywhere, but I just installed this japanese game on my computer, but I need the language pack so that when I install it it doesnt show blocks.

they should be on your OS disc somewhere. try additional installations or something.

I prefer not to download Japanese Language Packs. I mean it's going to be gibberish to me either way.

Go to any site related to japanese - language... when it asks you to download the language packs, say yes.
