The mod for just the screen on the GBA I may do someday, after i get my NES style SP. These are just cool.

Those devices seem a bit much. I think it'd be easier to just buy a GameBoy Player for GC. Afterall the GC is so cheap that I would think anyone interested in Nintendo would have one. :O Anyways, I'd rather buy a GBA SP and flash kit.

i fucking saw it. and the tuner seems like a better thing to have. i can just use my friend's GB player if i wanna play on a tv screen. watching tv on your gameboy is better than playing gameboy on your tv. duh. =p

why spend money on that POS that probably eats the batteries twice as fast when you can jsut get an SP with a snazzy backlit screen? i see no use for such a mod of burden. =o

the sp is not backlit, and the PSone screen has its own power source. the sp is frontlit, which washes out certain colors. on a side note, i am getting an sp, june 7th

i don't feel like charging a whole other fucking fucking part, so i can play on a slightly bigger screen. so bleh. i win.

Actually it's "sidelit". I agree, it can have an odd effect, however, I find the performance to be quite good. Also, I'd rather a truely portable device than a bulky one. SP owns.
