Groups?

I was just wondering if there was a way to create groups or if only Gm's are allowed to do that.

Well since anyone can create their guild in SE(I think anyway), this forum's groups are specific groups that you can't create, like forum staff, or something along those lines. Look in my profile, you'll see what I mean.:)
