I was watching wrestling yesterday and this commercial came up something about the hirohita legacy of either China or Japan anybody else see this anywhere? If so what is it about ?

Japan's Emperor during WWII was Emperor Hirohito. He lived until the 1980's. I was surprised that the US didn't prosecute him, or he didn't kill himself, seeing as they lost.

Takeshi Hirohita was the producer of an anime. I doubt that was what the commercial was for.
As for Hirohito. (I googled)
The Showa Emperor, lived from 1901 to 1989, he ruled Japan from 1926 to 1989. His reign was the longest of all Japanese emperors, and arguably oversaw the greatest changes to Japanese society.
