Neutopia II was a PC Engine game and the equivalent of Zelda with a lil' more RPG added to it. Now, if someone were to make a Neutopia tileset I'm sure it'd be damn popular. :D Any good tile rippers want to think about it? If so I'll be glad to send you the files you need to do so (as in, the emulator and the you-know-what) if you just email me (my email's in the sig.) w00t! ;)
