Eiji Aonuma, the director of Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, and now producer of everything Zelda, gave a long speech at the Game Developer's Conference going over his involvement in the series, how it's evolved, and what is known as the "Miyamoto test".

Hm... I had no idea that they paid that much attention to little details like that. Doesn't sound like they plan on changing the style of Zelda to something other than Cel-shaded any time soon though. I wonder what kind of thing they will come up with for the DS?

I just finished reading that. It was really good. I liked how he explained the idea of the Zelda reality based on his experiences. Plus all his talk about the "Miyamoto test" was cool. It just goes to show you how Miyamoto envisions the game play experiences he creates. The man is a genious.
