I seem to be having a problem with the doors in the dungeons. When link walks through a passage, he walks over the door, not under the door. I am sure it's a simple problem, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance!

You have freeform dungeons checked in the rules, make the door tops "overhead" combos

Why is it that in BS Zelda's quest the dungeons don't have a overhead combo on the door tops, but it still works like an overhead? I turned off freeform dungeons too.

like I should know about "BS Zelda's quest"

The dmap type has to be set as "dungeon" for the doors to be overhead without overhead combos. Also the level # might have to be 1 or higher, not sure though.

Ah, thank you VEL! Just so this might help others, you do have to have the level set as well. However, I have another question. When I add Kese to the dungeon, the shadow shows up as a heart, and three other things under the Kese. How do I fix that?

You must set the shadow sprites or uncheck the quest rule "show shadows" to set the shadow sprites, you must go to quest -> graphics -> weapons/misc -> misc: shadow and then select your tile from there.
