What tile is it?

I have a few questions.

(1) What tile is the one that has the coins on it?

(2) what set of arows do i edit for link?

Coins? What coins? Do you mean rupees?

Anyways, you can edit any tiles for arrows, you select the sprites for arrows in the Weapons/Misc section of the Graphics area.
