UT 2004 demo

Anyone else played it yet.
Assault mode is back.
and there's a new mode called onslaught which is like tribes or battlefield 1942 with the vehicles and bases.

I like it better than UT2003 so far.

Once I get my new computer, Unreal Tournament 2k4 will probably be one of the first games I buy.

That is, if I can convince Horizon Computers that I really do want an ATI Radeon 9600 XT and that I DO NOT WANT A FUCKING GEFORCE FX5200!!!!!

It took me a while to get the demo to run decently on my laptop. It's a really good computer I think, but it's messed up for some reason. Anyway, I haven't bought anything for a while, so I might consider getting it. Actually, Best Buy is selling a special edition version that comes with a headset and a bunch of other extras.

Yeah, I tried it. I agree with you, cap, UT2k3 is better. One of the pluses with 2k4 is multiple weapons at one time, but that's about the only difference, minus the new levels.

Yeah but the full version will have much more, and should be compatable with all your 2k3 maps and stuff, plus I read somewhere that you can return 2k3 towards the purchase of 2k4!

The demo is extremely awesome, I'm thinking about possibly buying it when it comes out.
