GTA 4 wishlist!!

Ive heard a whole bunch of arguments why the new GTA should be 4 not 5.. but i dont want to get into that..

what are some of the things you guys want to see in the new game heres my start

1. customizable cars, like a shop where you can customize cars
2. Online play
3. more motorcycles
4. more professions
....

*Get rid of the 'locked' sections of the city. Have it all available from the beginning.
*Alternate storylines based on player choices, a la KOTOR.
*More weapon balance (in Vice City, the thing that really bothered me was that once you had the MP5, there was no reason to use any other gun, besides maybe the M16. The weapons should balance each other out in strengths and weaknesses.)
*More minigames (a helicopter race perhaps? More street races? A 'fight club' where you duel NPCs?)

-Online play (can we say MMORPG?)
-Create-a-Douchebag (ala Tony Hawk's Create-a-Skater)
-car-customization (somewhat similar to GTA2, just not so deadly...)
-...better hooker AI...

GTA: San Andreas should have
- better graphics (more detail)
- Better controls (especially on foot)
- Much much better AI
- AND LESS BUGS! (Goddamn both GTAs for PS2 are buggy!)

Other than what's listed how about more citizen skin variations. I don't know about you guys, but the redundancy in the people skins got annoying after a while.

I'd like to see not only more cars, but more rare cars. I'd be nice to have a car that you only see once in a blue moon that you can really cherish (it might make it so garage's actually have a point)
