DOY - some more help please

I'm still spending a lot of hours (175 Deaths later) on this very interesting game. Just to give me some courage, I've played a couple of other Quests and came back again to it.

Actually. I've finished the Dam, got the whistle, went here and there, found the Frog, and almost finished the Mirage Level.

At last, I'm facing the blue worms at the end of this Level. I start with three, then six and I don't see the end of that Nightmare. How do you finally get rid of those blue worms?

You just have to kill them. There are three sets. 3 6 and I can't remember how many is in the last. I always skip that boss and come back after I have more hearts, and Super Bombs. SBombs help alot. Also, do you have the Lv 3 Sword yet?

I still have only Lv 2 sword. I finally killed all blue worms. With the help of more than 100 arrows!:mad:

I'm in the Mines and trying to finish that Level. Actually, I died 225 times. I'm heading for some Guiness record...:reading:

There are some clues about where the LV 3 Sword is. You can find it somewhere in the Crystal Canyon. Also, the boss of the Mines is much easier with the Were-Ax. You can find it by going through the Crypt. You have two paths right now. Through the Mines into the train station or through Error's Dream into the Crypt. Order is unimportant.

Where /how do you find the geist in the crypt for the last? time

I just beat him in b2 and I think I killed him in f1

and how do you get to that final key seen on a platform with a flight of stairs in the lower right corner of b1?

Also I cant seem to get anywhere in the train station any hints?

What else ....relic stone in the frogs nightmare, where is it cant find it.

Ok, Geist. You have to fight him 3 times in the Crypt first. I'm not sure where they all are, but after the third time he opens a door that leads to the Were-Axe (Hammer). This will allow you to break Tombstones and reach new parts of the level.

Train Station: What all have you done so far?

Relic Stone in Frog's Nightmare: In the room right before the room with the trap and yellow rupees, go right. It will appear that there is a wall there, but there isn't. You should be in a room where the floor above makes a +. It's in the middle.

Train station, I am afraid I am stuck due to the same bug I read about in one of the old threads, when I bomb a block a wall tile appears where it should be a switch I think....

I am still working on the crypt even if I cant finish the quest, I still enjoy it alot. But the crypt is really getting to me now.

When I take the secret door under the gravestone thats suronded by white little pebbles I get to a room with a pit and a locked door I can not reach due to 4 gravestones.

I think I have found 5 ways of entering the crypt have I misssed any?

So I guess I need to find out where the third fight take place then. Thanks anyway.

By the way, there are 4 total fights with Geist in the Crypt. Not counting the one in Error's Dream. One of the Crypt fights is the after you get the Were Axe though.

Found out the reason why I never found him (gesit) the last time I am colour blinde so I didnt see the arrows on the carpet. he is now history but I cant enter the trainstation due to the fact that I am using the wrong version.

I am working on rgogressin in Blesters Stormtower but cant get past the wind that blowing me down the pit without a hookshott to pull me over.

I got tips about a certain hack/cheat programm for ZC does anyone know how to find it?

And now some more words about GEIST in the Crypt...

I think that I have beaten that clown four times actually.

One in the Portrait Gallery, Error Nightmare. And three other times in the Crypt, the Old Lady Nightmare, at Levels F-1, B-1 and B-2. Still no sign of the Hammer-Axe.

By the way, there is a locked door with four tombs at the bottom. I can't figure out how to reach that door, cause it is separated by a dark square that zap you somewhere else.

Finally, Geist is always talking about a hidden tomb. It is surely very much hidden, since I have no clue how to find it.

To pass those tombs you need the axe and its in level b2 you need to drop down from a room in b1 that has a chest that you must have the hookshot to reach.

When you "land" you should be in a room with a blue carpet.

Kill all enemies go right then down and I am pretty sure you are in the room with the axe now?

This route wont be open unless you have beaten him all 3 times in the crypt so there for I also missed it the first times I was going looking for it.

Let me know if it worked otherwise I will go looking again.

And that secret tomb is VERY close to the final geist.... it all up to you to figure out how close....

Tried to follow instructions. The chest that you could reach with a hookshot, is in Level F-1, unless there is another one in B-1. Also, you land in a room in B-1 and when you go down, that was a place where you could find a key, if I remember well.

I'm still turning in circles in the Crypt, and it seems that I can't find anything more. I'll try again to read the other threads, just in case I find something first.

"The Were-Axe is also relatively simple. Go to the entrance above the house under the bush again, then go right, then down. Fall down the pits then make your way right twice. Fall down the pit again, beat all the enemies then go right again. Go down and then right and the were-axe will be yours. I'll leave the rest up to you "

I finally found the AXE !........

You were right, it is in B-2 to the far east.

Now I have to finish the Mines and see what's ahead.

This Quest is addictive and quite frustrating at times, but I like it.

Ok, finally asking for help...
In Mirage Temple I have the candle and the Nightmare Key, but on 2F there is a normal key door. Where is the key for this door? I'm thinking it has to do with the empty hole on the 1F and B1 maps, on the lower right, but I probably missed an unlit torch or something.

One key cant be seen its in the lower right corner "hidden" by the level above, did you get that one? Sometimes its very wise to kill all enemies on a screen in order to get things to show up too.... try these two hints and I am pretty sure you will find it.

Yes, I got the hidden key. I guess I'll have to go through all of the rooms again...
EDIT: Found it. Now for the sandworms... :scared:
