Why? Well, I'd like to draw it myself, but I'd like to see what you come up with, since I'm gonna be a bit short on time this week, and I want it done by Febuary. All I really need is just a base tile, after that, I can work out most of it (this will be used for bait.) And becuase your more willing to start it than I am at the moment. :D

EDIT: I just want megaman, not the smoke or anything.

It's more like a doll, but relaxing MM would be cool too. I just need a base, nothing fancy, you don't need to make it perfect, I'll probably edit it anyways, unless you go against my orders, and make it perfect. :p Just take a shot at it, if it doesn't tun out great, I'm sure I can try myself.
