I snuck a little AGN time once at work. Brought in my laptop that my ex left at the house :D and used it there for one day.

Fifth Period. ;)

... well.. that's point one.

I do the VAST majority of my posting from school. If they blocked AGN, .. I don't know what I would do. They blocked PureZC already. :disgust:

I post before school, during first period, (though that'll change in two weeks.) and Fifth period, (although I can't be caught.) Then I've got 6th every other day, and then since I dropped AP Java, I get to post all 7th. :D .. then.. I got Kalner, (BEST teacher ever. ;) ) then Forensics. .. woo.. Good schedule! :D

I go to an extremely strict school that doesn't allow posting from school computers.

I used to visit AGN at my old school when I was looking for a link or a certian thread. Once I decided to see if it filtered out ASWGL, surprisingly enough, it didn't... These forums take too long to browse at school.

Yes. I get online every day at lunch (well, not now that I've found people with whom to hang, but I still do it frequently). More frequently, I play SE from the school computers.

Long ago, I found out a way to visit AGN from school when they had it blocked (they don't now).

----

Visit www.megaproxy.com.

http://www.megaproxy.com

Chances are, this is blocked. It's an anonymizer. It allows you to visit sites, although without a subscription you can't post data and I think that cookies don't work quite right (haven't needed to use it for a while, so I'm not sure).

Enter a url in the box on the page, hit enter. A new window will pop up and you'll need to check an "I agree" box.

In the event that megaproxy is blocked (it funtions as a proxy avoidance system, and usually blocked under that category) then go to altavista.com

http://www.altavista.com

There's a button on the main page, "Translate" that will take you to the Babel fish.

http://babelfish.altavista.com

Go to the field labeled "Translate a webpage" and enter "http://www.megaproxy.com". Select "Chinese to English" for your language settings, so you can actually read what's on the page. Click "Translate" to take you to a translated version of megaproxy. You'll be able to view the page in English. Enter your URL, and surf away.

ICH, ... You.. Are.. GOD! ... (Exaggerated slightly for effect. :) )

Thanks for these sites. I can finally at least view PureZC. Which of those allows cookies? .. Any of them?

Seeing as I have a full schedule, no. The one time I could is during lunch, but I don't eat breakfast so I'm usually hungry by then. Even if I wasn't hungry, the computers in my school are so freakin slow. (Well, the ones in the library anyways, the good ones in the computer labs are either locked or in use)

The best way to find out about the sites is by using them from home. You can understand how they should work, and if features of them do.

Also, you can preface all your urls with http://invis.free.anonymizer.com/ so your urls look like [http://invis.free.anonymizer.com/http://www.armageddongames.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=77785] this.

If it weren't for school, I'd have no idea what this place was. So, I did post from school, before I graduated. (I've been here for 3 years and a month now, right?) Actually, I think I joined from school, but I'm not sure. :p

Given that my home internet connection and computer are significantly better than what's available at work, I do all my internet surfing (and other computer stuff) at home.

If I did want to connect at work, though, I don't think I'd have a problem. Nobody would be able to read over my shoulder fast enough to realize what I was doing. :kawaii:

I do all of my posting from school. I'm in 8th period now. I rarely ever post at home because my bro is always hogging the computer. Playing Counter Strike. He's obsessed...

One of the nice traits of being homeschooled is that, well, I'm at home... and I usually do my work in front of and around the computer, since parts of it have to be written on the computer, and we keep my books here... I still usually try to finish most of my work for the day before getting on, or at least wait until 2:00 PM or so if I can. I'm not really that likely to sneak on to the forums unless I'm sure it's safe, but mIRC is sooooo much easier to hide that I often have it open while I'm working. It works out quite nicely for me.
