can't get quest to open

I'm haveing a bit of trouble here
I can't find a place to download snorts quest his site is closed.
I can't get to IELEN's site get message can not display page.
I downloaded MM but it says invalid quest, so here I am can't get either quest can some 1 please help? I really would like to play these quest.

as far as strange quest format, make sure you have 1.92b183 to play any of the newest quests. If you think you still have a problem, hang up, check the number, and dial again.

My site is closed now because of a lot of errors I have been getting.. I may try again soo.. (click link in sig) and vote in a poll on Ielen's site that concerns my site.
