Norton Antivirus says that that file is on my computer and it is a spyware threat but can't be deleted. I've never seen it before, does anyone know if it's important to Windows XP?

It's not a windows XP file. It's a directory. Try going to C:/null and check what is in there.

It most certainly is not important to Windows XP. It's not necessarily a directory, though; files can have no extension.

That's true...I didn't see the extra "\" in there. It is probably a file. Go to Start>Search and search for it.

Oh my mistake, there was only 1 \ and it was a file. I used the search and got rid of the sucker, thanks. ^_^
