After this weekend, I guess I can be shot on picking teams this year in the playoffs. Nonetheless, here are this week's standings:

Paradox: 3
Master Ghaleon: 2
Starkist: 2
Alphadawg: 1
Ganonator: 1

Hopefully Green Bay won't barely get by in overtime next year, eh Starkist?

This Week: Divisional Playoffs

Saturday, Jan. 10
Carolina Panthers at St. Louis Rams, 4:30p EST (FOX)
Tennessee at New England, 8:15p EST (CBS)

Sunday, Jan. 11
Indianapolis Colts at Kansas City Chiefs, 1:00p EST (CBS)
Green Bay Packers at Philadelphia Eagles, 4:45p EST (FOX)

Remember, anyone can play, just put your picks for these four games. This, like all rounds, is worth 1 point a game.

Russ's re-Educated Picks

Carolina played terrific against the Cowboys, and personally, I just don't like the Rams.
Carolina, 24-20

Tennessee had some great defensive plays over the weekend, but I don't think it will be enough to stop Tom Brady and his powerhorse of an offense for New England.
Patriots, 33-6

If the Colts can ravage one AFC West team, I don't think they'll have any problem with a team that was split 1-1 with that team.
Colts, 14-13 OT

Green Bay beat Seattle on a fluke in overtime. To think they have a chance against the Eagles is silly.
Eagles, 26-14

There you have it. Good luck again to all!

I was cheering Starkist on too. Colts beat some ass :D

Rams whip Carolina 45 - 13
Pats beat Titans 14 - 13 (game to remember)
Colts over Chiefs 35 - 14 (dante runs one back)
Packers over Eagles 24 - 17 (McNabb = Overrated)

I'm not even a football fan, and yet I was mezmerized by the Carolina vs. St. Louis game.

Holy crap, I have never been so tense in my life. Panthers win in double overtime. Brilliant. Just brilliant.

(Also quite funny, seeing as how you guys didn't think carolina could do it)

I woke up at like 5pm today just to catch the middle of the first overtime for the Carolina-St. Louis game. Dayamn!!

I will say, for how incredibly tense that was, I'm happy the way it ended (as I picked up a point ;) )

As far as the Pats, i think it was weak. They didn't play as dominate as they have the rest of the season, especially for the cold weather.

Luck nothin'. The only reason that the Rams took it into overtime was because they were extremely lucky and picked up a heck of a lot of points in the final couple of minutes. If anyone is lucky, it's the Rams, that they were able to delay the inevitable.

Panthers got lucky that the rams didnt score 3 tds other then those 3 field goals in the first half which should of sealed it for them. Dont worry, Green Bay will beat them :D
