What command line do I type in to increase the screen refresh rate rather than 60 hz?

there really isn't a specific command to speed up the game, however, if you turn on and off vSync, sometimes you will get the game to run at incredible speeds. Also, in older versions, holding down the tilda key (~) will speed up the game.

I mean you know that you see the screen flicker when you look at the screen from the side of your eyes? It's like the similar settings C:\Documents and Settings\Chris\Desktop
