Latest Version of Allegro?

Where can I download the latest version of Allegro.dll? I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to put this, but it has to do with Zelda Classic for Windows.

After reading a few threads, on how to get ZC-W working on Windows XP, I guess I need the latest version of Allegro. The one I have in my ZC directory is called alleg41.dll.

AlphaDawg's homepage has some Zelda Classic downloads, one of them being an allegro.dll file. http://casadealphadawg.com/zc/index.html (I hope he doesn't mind me mentioning his site!)
