my dad needs comp help

my dad's fiancee lives in the UK, he lives in america. our main source of communication is the net. she reloaded a win98 disc, when it was done her modem was not operational. we have the brand, type of modem, and numders including serial for a packard bell. the modem is called linkcom lct001b crc0090. the serial number for the comp is h533500050. we need a download site to download the driver so i can send it to her via net to a friend of her's so they load to a disc on her computer.

I recommend the manufacturers site: http://welcome.hp.com/country/uk/en/support.html You may need the model of the PC though, cause the serial number brings up too many results.
