hey guys, I want to make some tiles, but how do i make just tiles instead of making a whole quest so that when people download, its a .til instead of a .qst file?

you could export the tiles or you could press f12 and take a snapshot of them in the tile pages

i guess i'll answer then...

put all the tiles you've made together in one page of the tile viewer. next, press f12. this will take a screenshot of the page.
go into windows explorer (trusted that you're using windows, of cource) to the file where ZC and ZQuest are. it'll be a picture called Zelda1 or Zelda2 or so on, depending how many you've taken. you can cut all the other stuff out in Paint, then host it on the internet, and you're set to go!

This seems like an old thread but I might as well tell you the other way to export tiles without having to rearrange them and take a screenshot. In the file menu near the bottom, click on export and then click tiles.

(I hope a moderator doesn't yell at me that this is an old topic, I just wanted him to know the other method.)
