MapMaker problems......

Okay, I have beta 183 1.92 right? cool.
I downloaded Mapmaker Beta 183 right? cool.
I extract a QSU of my new quest in Zquest 1.92 beta 183 right? cool.
I open the QSU up in Mapmaker Beta 183 right? crashes......not cool.

It always crashes and exits out every time I open a QSU from ANY quest. Why?

that's pretty strange, works perfectly for me.

1) do you have it in a seperate folder?
I have mine in a folder by itself and then just keep transfering the qsu into it and overwritting it as I upgrade maps.


Try using it in this order...

(doing the main overworld)

double click on the mapmaker.exe

hit open

choose the qsu and set the layers, rename the map if needed.

hit generate.

hit exit.

see if it works like that.

it doesn't get past the open stage. So I can't choose the qsu.

Try downloading a new one, sounds like yours is corrupted
