Help with Metal gear solid PC!

When i start it up it says it crashed during previos installation and is rendering software mode. I read the help and it says run software mode and I can't do that without opening it. I run XP. Anyone know how to fix this?:confuse2:

Try uninstalling it, then reinstall the game to see if that works.
