Pure Quest

I need a little help in Mr Z's "Pure Quest". I found the store that sells extra bombs and Super bombs, but when I go right to buy Super Bombs there's nothing there. Is this a bug or am I missing something? I have defeated all levels thru Level 5.
Do I need something special to buy S. Bombs or is this a bug?
