Photoshopped, probably.
On a related note, why not? Someone who alligns with a Democratic candidate in the coming election has alot of Republican ideology on their side- smaller government, less intervention abroad, etc. Under Bush, the Republican party has embarked upon expensive overseas ventures abroad and infringed personal liberties at home in very powerful, hard-to-ignore ways. Unless the only liberty infringement a Conservative cares about is taxes, (and there are plenty who consider Property the most valuable right) the Democrats are definetly the party of smaller government and less growing government beaucracy/oversight this time around.
