yesh, it comes around every year, and THIS year, i'm determined that my grrlie's birthday is not gonna be an afterthought to thanksgiving. so everybody wish cydlet a happy birthday and send her lots of cash and/or chippendale dancers to be her love slaves :D

Thank you all for the birthday wishes!! the day started out rough, but ended up OK.

because of scheduling issues, my celebration with my family was crammed into about 10 minutes after we ate our dinner. that kinda sucked, but at least they remembered it was my birthday and planned accordingly. my darling nephew (age 7) took great pride in announcing my age, loudly and repeatedly, to the whole family. he's at the age where anyone in their 30s is ancient!!
