Relics of the Chozo is a project aimed at producing a collective and collaborative interpretation of the soundtrack of Super Metroid. However, each individual piece, despite being a unique standalone work of its own, is also a part of a larger scheme arranged to create an ambience of continuity; one large song, if you will. The project could be thought of in terms of a progression of events/sentiments/stages of every relevant theme from Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo.

needless to say, I downloaded this a little while ago and i absolutely LOVE what they have done with the music...

if you are into the OCRemix and VGMix scene, then you'd recoginize names like Protricity, Children of the Monkey Machine, Avien, and Adhesive Boy...

anyways, download this soundtrack, it kicks ass!
(be sure you see the menu at the TOP of the page)

Oh. Right... right, I saw this. :) Do you think they can make .wav files from it? It would be nice to see a SMetroid SFX.dat file for ZC. :p

Why? If you convert from one lossy format to another lossy format, you'll lose quality. You should just leave'm in ogg format. oggs are better anyways.
