I'm playing this quest but I cannot find level 3.help please from somebody who plaid this.
I've plaid it, in fact, I made it. You need to have the raft to get to Level 3. This can all be found in Zora's Domain, simply access the cave with the statues next to it (one screen west of the guy that says "Did you hear?!...") Defeat that dungeon to get the raft, raft to get to Level 3. Let me know if you need anything.
