Nifty effect. It never rotates when you look directly at it, but in the peripheral it does seem to rotate, especially if you move your head towards and away..

AHHH thats pretty cool, I first looked at it and was like what the hell is it supposed to do. Til I started to look around and the circles were moving. hehe pretty cool man

The one with the interspersed orange/red circles is probably the best because no matter which part of the image you look at something always seems to be rotating.
