I'm missing the fourth A-coin (of 5) in the "Bombarded by Bob-Ombs" custom e-level. I'm certain it has to do with having to collect the 110 coins but I'm always at least 30 coins lacking at the end.
Anyone have any hints on this? I've collected every coin I can find, as well as trying to hit every multi-coin block as fast and quick as possible. I see no sign of where a hidden section may be, except possibly above the part right before the boss.
