Where do I find the letter? I've been searching over and over! If anybody knows where it is, lemme know. BTW, I've beaten levels one and two.

The letter would be in level 3. In the upper-left corner of the level (above a room with a Gleeok) is a room with a bunch of Armoses and enemies of different kinds. Walk through the top wall of that room to find the letter.
