Just as the title says, i need to find a popup blocker and something that uninstalls the ones that i can uninstall (not the ones attached to software i have installed)

Anti-Popup: www.Mozzila.org

Get Mozilla Firebird, it's about 10x better than IE, and it has an anti-popup blocker installed.

As for the Anti-Spyware, get Ad-Aware. It's very usefull. Try looking for it at www.downloads.com

www.Lavasoft.de (.de=Germany but the site is in English) is the site for Ad-Aware. Another good product to get is Spybot Search & Destroy. I have both because they both search out a large amount of spyware, but I suspect that they don't completely overlap when it comes to the programs they find. Google for Spybot.

Opera (http://www.opera.com) blocks pop-ups, but there's a variety of other tools you can use as well.
